You acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the website or its services you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the website and its services.

You understand that the Website provides an approximate price, based on the existing rates of gold and diamonds, and these prices are subject to change according to the Egyptian market prices. Sky Diamonds is not obligated to provide any maintenance, technical or other support for the Website.

Online Store Terms:

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result to an immediate termination of your Services.

For Gold:

• Exchange within 14 days: With total payment amount.  (one time only).
• Refund within 14 days: total amount of money is returned in case of manufacturing defects ONLY.
• Refund after 14 days : Through branches ONLY; workmanship is deducted from the total amount & will be sold according to daily price of gold.

For Diamonds:

• Exchange within 14 days: With total payment amount. (one time only)
• Exchange after 14 days: 10% of payment amount is deducted.
• Refund within 14 days: 10% of payment amount is deducted.
• Refund after 14 days: 20% of the money is deducted.

Credit cards payment :

Refund will be on the same card account.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Suspension and Termination:

 You agree that Sky Diamond has the right in its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or liability to: i. restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Website or Services; and/or ii. terminate, deactivate or suspend your Account, delete your Account and all related information and files in your Account, without assigning any reason.

General :

1. The invalidity or unenforceability for any reason of any of these Terms shall not prejudice or affect the validity or unenforceability of the remaining parts and each part of Terms is distinct and at all times severable from the rest of these Terms. 

2. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a relationship of employer and employee, partnership and/ or agency between the Sky Diamond and you.

 3. Any indulgence on the part of Sky Diamond in respect of any breach of any of the Terms by you shall not constitute a waiver in respect of any such breach or any subsequent breach whether of the nature of otherwise.

 4. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with The Egyptian law and you hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
